The Utility Jacket

The white tag on the inside has been stitched in with big goofy white stitches on the outside on the back that stand out on the black color. No it is not good and looks like a big mistake. The 3 rating is because I can personally remove them with a stitch remover. It looks and fits as expected. Functions well. It’s that thin slippery nylon material that makes noise when rustled. It’s 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex. Might not be breathable but seems it if you layer. Don’t use big white stitches on a solid black surface. QC should’ve caught this.

I love how the jacket/smock fits. The material is nice and the craftsmanship shows it will last. My only gripe that is very minor is that the zipper is on the left side instead of the right. Repels moisture and hair as advertised!

I have tried a few other brands of barber clothing.. some have had too thin of a material. Some have been flimsy in construction and others have been overly uncomfortable. My SLCKR Utility Jacket is the perfect jacket for me! The material is breathable but not too flimsy. The construction of it feels like I can wear it in the barbershop and even out on the town if needed. I highly recommend any barber or stylist to add this to your daily shop wear!

I now have 2 of the Utility Jackets from SLCKR, Black & Burnt Orange. The jacket is fabulous, it breathes great. If you get a little warm in it you can just unzip the jacket some. It has a full front zipper vs the half zipper on the work shirt.

The only things I wish were different are:
1. the zipper is on the opposite side for a men's jacket zipper.
2. The length is good and comfortable but could possibly be slightly longer.

Neither one of these are a big issue just a small personal preference type thing.

I give this a 4.8 out of 5 stars.

If you're a barberor stylist of any kind. Give this jacket a try, you won't regret it at all.

I have the pants too and all the clothes move and stretch with you and are very comfortable.

I have been looking for a barber jacket that would repel hair for a long time. I kept seeing this jacket being advertised on Instagram and decided to give it a try. Not only does it keep the hair off of me, it is stylish and comfortable as well! 10/10

Purchased both black and camel in L I'm approximately 5 10, 185 lbs and it fits great.(To help others with sizing) These don't get too hot but also will depend on the individual, shop, etc. The quality is great you'll notice it immediately upon opening the packaging. They're very stylish and I personally like the cropped fit. Pair them with a white t shirt it looks the best. They also have YKK zippers.

My industry doesn’t have for the lack of better words “cool” attire. So when I came upon the utility jacket I was hopefully it could stand up to the work I do with all the water and hair.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the product and recommend to all dog groomers looking to add some flare to their look while grooming 10/10

Good material ,feels good.. I love the top zips , im able to keep my cash i use for change in them. Doesn’t really get dirty if it does it easily wipes, also the hair blows off easily.
