Domestic Exchanges/Returns:
Don't like what you see? You have 30 days from receiving your order to exchange/return your order as long as the item has not had hair cut in it. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns in which hair has contaminated the item. If we find hair on an item, we will let you know that your refund has been rejected. We utilize a service called Loop Returns, which can be accessed here. We highly suggest you read through our Return/Exchange page here to make sure all your questions are answered and that you submit your return correctly. All returns/exchanges are subject to an $8 fee.

For this reason, we ask all customers to try on our products before cutting in them. This includes apparel and workwear. If an item doesn't fit well for you, then we'll be happy to lend a hand with the exchange :). If you don't like it all together, then we'll get that return sorted out for you. Again, please just do this within 30 days of receiving your item. That return/exchange portal can be accessed here: here

Note: All orders will be refunded the total amount minus the original shipping cost to account for the return label, restocking fee, and labor. Merchandise items, such as Trucker Hats, Graphic Merchandise, Tote Bags, etc. are final sales.

** Any item returned without proper tags is subject only to a 50% refund as we aim to reduce waste in our process.

Domestic Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (generally 3-5 business days).

International Returns/Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer free international returns/exchanges. The process of refunding duties, shipping costs, etc., is difficult to manage for a small brand, so we ask for all international customers to check our sizing charts to make sure a product will for sure be a good fit for them. Obviously we don't want to deter you from ordering an item of ours (we <3 our international customers), so please reach out to us at team@slckr.us and we'll make sure you get the white glove treatment through the whole experience! If you do have to return an item, then you will be responsible for the return label, and we we will refund you the original product cost, minus the shipping fee that was paid and any duties that were collected. We wish we could refund everything, but once we ship your product out, we no longer have the money we collected, as it's paid to the shipping courier and to your home country + our greedy country. Regardless, you'll have to contact us if you do have to make an international return, so let us know the situation and we'll work to make sure everyone is taken care of and feels whole :). 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
