Where are you located?

We are located in Pennsylvania, specifically the greater Philadelphia area. All orders are processed out of Landenberg, Pennsylvania.

 

Do you do any brand ambassador/partner programs right now?

We are currently rolling out a new program called the SLCKR Collective that will serve as our ambassador program. Access to the application for the Collective can be found here.

 

What should I do if my question isn’t answered here?

Feel free to shoot us an email over to us at help@slckr.us! Kindly give us up to 24 hours to reply.

 

The Shipment

What is your current shipment policy?

How often are orders processed?

Orders are processed 1-2 days after the order is placed. In most cases, if an order is placed in the middle of the day we will process it the next morning and drop it off to the local carrier for delivery (excluding weekends).

 

When will I receive my order?

We are still learning the lead times for orders. For domestic, expect 5-7 business days from the day you make your order. This gives us 1-2 days to process the order and drop it off to our local carrier. International orders are subject to separate to extended times based on shippers and location.

 

What if I never received my order?

Please reach out to help@slckr.us should there be an issue with the delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If you’re looking to place an order outside of these countries, please contact us so we can serve you!

 

The Returns

What is your return policy?

Our full refund policy can be found here. To save you the time, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at help@slckr.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

When will I get my refund?

In regards to the refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Additional time must be allotted for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
